I am a Licensed Psychologist, Resilience Coach and Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, which means that I am an approved clinical provider of curriculum based on the research of Brené Brown. Whether in a group workshop or individual therapy, it is my goal to support clients in building empathy, self-compassion, vulnerability and shame resilience as these are fundamental steps in healing and growing so that we can be the best version of ourselves.
