Confidence from the Inside Out is a 2-hour interactive workshop for anyone tired of self-doubt, overthinking, and feeling not enough. Led by a Psychologist & Resilience Coach, you’ll explore evidence-based tools to quiet your inner critic, reconnect with your strengths, and take courageous action aligned with your values. Walk away with practical strategies to build lasting, authentic confidence—starting from within.

Brave Boundaries: Reclaiming Your Time, Energy & Peace is a transformative workshop for high-functioning women who are tired of overgiving, feeling guilty for saying no, and struggling to protect their peace. Learn research-backed tools to identify your limits, communicate with confidence, and let go of resentment.
