A SELF-CARE WORKSHOP ON HOW TO MANAGE YOUR SCHEDULE AND FEEL GOOD DOING IT
4 WEEK COURSE
TUESDAYS, MARCH 29 - APRIL 19, 2016
12:00 - 1:15 pm

The intention for this course is to help you get back to a manageable and feel good schedule utilizing self care rituals.  Each week offers practical solutions and steps for accountability and tangible progress. Where does your time go? Do your actions empower or leave you depleted? What can you outsource? Where are you willing to ask for help?

WEEK ONE: Learn how to audit your time, become more self-aware, and make a tangible outline of your current schedule.

WEEK TWO: Learn time management for your physical body. 

WEEK THREE: Learn time management for the mental and emotional body.

WEEK FOUR: Learn time management for the spiritual body and tips for how to incorporate everything seamlessly.

COST: EARLYBIRD Registration Fee (ends October 20th): $275. Registration will increase to $325 thereafter
